By accessing or using Khelo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Khelo is a tournament scheduling platform that helps organizers create conflict-free fixtures, track scores, and share standings. We offer Free and Pro plans.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment & Refunds
Pro plan subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
Khelo and its original content remain the property of the creator. Tournament data you create belongs to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Khelo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
